2000 Plymouth Voyager

Van started making a squealing noise like a bad belt. Changed belt did not help. Changed pulleys did not help. Any suggestions?

Remove belt
run motor do you still have the squealing
if not check belt tensioner and recheck if you have the correct belt by application
