Vehicle is a 1999 Grand Voyager - recently noticed wet carpets on front driver and passenger side carpet plus water dripping on ground on driver side. The blower wseems only to work at high speed. Several people told me that the ac has clogged drains or drain hoses need replacement. If so where are the hoses located and where can replacements be bought? Just paid $900 to repair windshield wiper system arm arma and motor so need to do repair myself if possible.

The drain hose is near firewall toward the passeneger side.
Raise car and look for a black rubber hose that points toward ground.
If clogged, water (condensation) will back up and spill into cabin.
Make sure it is water, not coolant.
