we have a 1999 voyager .WHEN WE GO TO START IT UP IT BLOWS THE ENGINE FUSE AND WONT START.AND WILL THE PARTS FROM A 1998 FIT IN MOST INSTANCES,I HAVE A CHANCE TO GET A COMPLETE VAN FOR CHEAP,WILL THE PARTS FIT.

Fuses blow for a reason. They are a safety valve. Just replacing the fuse won't solve anything. If you have the 3.3L engine, start by unplugging the coil pack, then see if a new fuse blows. Other things on this circuit include the fuel pump, alternator field, and oxygen sensor heaters. Check behind the engine for a wiring harness that isn't anchored properly and has fallen onto hot exhaust parts.
