Depends on what speed sensor your looking for,

The Vehicle Speed Sensor should be located on the Transmission Housing of the Passenger side Drive axle.

The Input Speed sensor is located down and to the left of the Gear Shift Tower. looking from the front of vehicle on drivers side.

The Output Speed Sensor is located down and to the right of the gear shift tower. looking from the front of vehicle on drivers side.

The Sensor you are looking for will also depend on engine size.

Your local parts store should be able to get you a diagram of the location of the sensors.
