1999 Plymouth Voyager noise in my front end

I am hearing a noise in my front end of my van only when I put it into reverse and begin to go backwords or when I put it into drive and go forward. it is like a clunking sound. makes two clunks then don't reacure after that.

Take a good look at the struts and there mounts.
Also lower control arm bushing mounts.
