Please the insterment panel was working after a light tap on dash board now dead. checked all fuses witch are good,plus i have a dead spot in starter. could this be related? Help me please

Are you saying the gages don't work or no dash lites? The instrument panel cluster may be faulty? Any applicable fuse, use a voltage tester, see if there is voltage at the fuse circuit. Even if the fuse is good, if no voltage, the circuit is dead. You may have to get at the instrument cluster connector.
