My horn don't work.I suspect the horn itself is bad, because the last few times it workd, it souded sickly. I looked under the front of the car, I don't even see the horn. Where is it ? Once I find it, can I check it by unplugging the wires and apply 12 volt DC to the terminals ?
What would be next, the horn relay or fuse ?

1st locate horn relay under hood ask a helper
to press the horn button for you
the relay should click if not then you may have the clock spring to be replaced
call your local dealer with the VIN #
it may be covered under a recall
