Heater hose location

Where are the rear heater hoses connected to the motor or water pump on my 1999 voyager? The pipes are rotted and need replaced. Is this a back yard mechanic job or a professional job?

That is not a problem. Normally the heater hoses are in the same general location for most vehicles. So here is a guide that will help with identifying them for you:
