1999 Plymouth Voyager dash does not work.

My gauges do not work, or the shift indecator light, and odemeter, the rear wiper does not work, or the rear defroster. This all started at the same time. It was done this before. then started working again. but not this time. I am not sure what it could be the dash cluster or the body control mod, clock spring.

Unplug the BCM wait a few min and reconnect if all working fine suspect BCM
common issue with the cluster the weld (solder )brake at the pin and board connection
cluster need to be remove and checked

I have solved the problem, It was the connector going to yhe heater control the one wire was melted. I beleve it was a ground.
