1999 Plymouth Voyager AC runs good for 10 minutes then turn

Our AC runs fine for 10 minutes then turns hot. I look at the temp gauge and it is hot. When I turn off the AC, the temp gauge goes back to normal in the middle. Any clue

Check the coolant level and also if the condenser fan is coming On if okay could be freezing up due to air and moisture in the system forming ice and blocking off the orifice tube
