Before you do that, jack it up, take off the tire and expose the caliper in question, and have someone press the brake pedal while the car is on and in park(of course) to see what kind of pressure you get. You may be able to fix it by taking it off and hitting it with a metal brush then putting some, copper paste on the contact point so that it will give it the mobility that it needs to grip the rotor.
