Where is the windshield motor located and how accessible is it?

Assuming you mean the front windshield wiper motor, it's on the engine firewall directly in front of the driver's seat. Not hard to remove, but disconnecting the crank from the linkage requires removing the wiper arms and the cowl below the windshield.
