1998 Plymouth Voyager relay for the cooling fan

i havce a 1998 plymouth voyager. the relay went out on the cooling fan. right now we have it on a togle switch. we have been unable to locate where the relay in for tis fan. we took out the fan relay that is next to the battery but that was for the heater fan. please help

Its located at front of left frame rail
