Perform calibration/diagnostics test. If a DTC is present, after calibration/diagnostics test has been performed, system will flash rear wiper and intermittent rear wiper button LEDs in sequence. Rear wiper button LED represents code level, and intermittent rear wiper button LED represents code value.
Each time rear wash button is pressed, rear wiper button LED will cycle to next code level in numeric sequence. After code level 5 is reached, rear wiper button LED will cycle back to code level 1

Rotate mode control lever from panel to defrost position. Observe intermittent rear wiper button LED. Intermittent rear wiper button LED flash rate should slow as lever moves from panel to defrost position, and speed up as lever moves from defrost to panel position.
Press WASH button to cycle code level to level 3 (blend/pass. potentiometer test). Slide temperature control lever from hot to cold position. Observe intermittent rear wiper button LED. Intermittent rear wiper button LED flash rate should slow as lever moves from hot to cold position, and speed up as lever moves from cold to hot position.
