1998 Plymouth Voyager My heat doesnt work

My heat doesnt work it sometimes heats up and most of the time it doesnt...it just blows cold air.. and it winter time... how do i fix that? Would I just need a new thermostat?

Replace the thermostat and make sure the coolant level is correct
