turned car off for 5 mins, went to restart, turned key, fast clicking under dash fourd relay that was clicking, lower right in dash panel, still dead car, lights do light but dim, changer battery, still same, replaced master relay under hood still dead

That is an indication of a bad starter, try checking all of the connections first, from the battery to the alternator to the starter, may be a bad connection, otherwise, the starter is bad
