my driver window will not go up.. i can raise the passenger window with the same switch but the drivers remains down... PLEASE help its cold for my son in the morning

one of three things, motor is faulty, the window is off track. or the switch is faulty, can you hear the motor running when you try to make it go up?. you may need to take the door cover off and put power directly to the motor to see if it powers up. at the same time you can see if it is off track
