1998 Plymouth Voyager Car wo't shift into 3rd gear

Hi,

The car won't shift into 3rd gear and somebody told me the problem is the speed sensor but I have not been able to find the speed sensor, could you please tell me if the speed sensor makes sense, and if it does, where is it located?

Actually, I doubt the speed sensor is causing the problem. It could but it will usually set the check engine light. Here is a picture of the VSS:
