1998 Plymouth Voyager Car jerks and stutters

Engine Performance problem
1998 Plymouth Voyager 67,000 miles

In the past month my Voyager will jerk and stutter slightly when accelerating around 40 mph. Could this be a drive belt problem or something else? I was told I needed a new drive belt 2 oil changes ago, but they didn't mention it last oil change.

Belt may make a noise but will not cause the engine rough running
have it checked for tune up
