Engine Performance problem
1998 Plymouth Voyager 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic

i recently bought a plymouth voyager 1998 when going up hill it starts to bog out almost like it will shut down. It will only go 20 miles per hour up hill.

I would first lean toward a fuel pressure problem.
Put a fuel pressure gauge on it and run it to the windsheild to monitor it. See if the pressure falls out of spec while the problem occurs.
