Hello,

Sounds like the Blower Motor Resistor.

It is located on the right rear of engine compartment on fire wall.

Nope! Sounds like your problem is a bad blower motor resistor block.

What happens its the resitor fails and the low speeds work, but highspeed which is un resisted bypasses it and works.
