This van has split heating and air conditioning for passenger and driver side. Passenger side air conditioning blows cold while drivers side blows 20 degrees warmer, as if a door in the duct is stuck half open. Is this electrical or vaccuum operated doors? Any ideas on how to repair. Thanks for any suggestions.

Not to say this is definitivly your problem, but these are notorious for a bad heater control unit. There have been several posts on how to check them if you search the voyager/caravan sections. It invloves holding certain buttons on the unit to pull the codes from it.
