Engine Mechanical problem
1997 Plymouth Voyager 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I am getting a P0123 trouble code, and the engine is intermittently feeling like it wants to seize or stop and the throttle sounds like it is wide open. I just had it back from the shop for a tune up. Any ideas?
