1997 Plymouth Voyager 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive

I was dropping my son at school, and when I turned out the driveway of the school I ran through a pool of water. The Steering wheel beame hard to turn. I put power steering fluid in but the wheel is still hard to turn

check your drive belts. water may have knocked belt off if it was weak / stretched.
