1997 Plymouth Voyager V6 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 157564 miles

Have changed plugs, wires, coil, continue to get "misfire" problem and won't pass inspection! What do or can I do, love this van.

Not every misfire is related to spark plugs or the ignition system
Check if you have vacuum leak effecting said cylinder
Do a compression check
Check fuel injectors

and whats the codes
