Electrical problem
1996 Plymouth Voyager 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I plugged in my boat trailer and now I have no running lights on the left side of vehicle. I have turn signals and brake lights and head lights but no running lights on left side. I have swapped relay and checked fuses but I still can't find where the problem is?

Check if the license lamp works. If not, check the 15 amp fuse # 6 in the junction block under the dash.

Do you have the trailer wiring adapter harness installed? Most trailers have the normal brake / signal function combined in a single filament, but they are on separate circuits / separate bulbs on your van. You must have that adapter harness installed to combine the functions for your trailer without combining them in the van.

The fuse bus is under the hood and I have checked all fuses and swapped the relays, I moved the left rear lens to the right side and it works fine. It looks like the running lights should be on 1 curicut? I wonder if there is an inline fuse link?

The fuse is in the Junction Box under the dash, not the Power Distribution Center under the hood. It's in front of the brake pedal.
