I WOULD LIKE TO LEARN HOW TO RESET THE COMPUTER AND TURN OFF SOME LIGHTS ON THE PANEL

You may remove the battery terminals for more than 15 minutes. That will reset your computer. The only thing I don't like about it is that your computer has to re-learn all the settings and you have to adjust your radio. Or, you can go to your local Autozone and ask them to reset your computer.
