Heater won't work and turn signals not working?

I have a 1996 plymouth voyager and the heater blower does not work the climate controls light don't light up what would cause that? And on the same van the turn signals do not work but the hazard lights works fine what is the problem with that?

Check for blown fuses for both problems, then for the signals, if fuses are good, replace the flasher.

Yep fuse #6 powers both of these systems. Here is a guide to help and the fuse locations to help fix the problem.

Fuse panel is located below left side of instrument panel.
