1996 Plymouth Voyager Engine Shuts Off

I have the same problem list by another on this site. The engine shuts off with no warning. It usually will start up again just fine. I will go long periods of time with out shutting off or will shut off several times in a row. There is not engine sputtering like it is running out of gas. It just goes dead.

I would start with the ASD relay (auto-shutdown) Have seen many of them fail and they will do exactly what you describe. Does the entire van have power when the engine dies? Just the engine shuts down?
