1996 Plymouth Voyager cooling fans

the cooling fans are not coming on automaticly. Wired straight they run. forty amp fuse good, but I don't know what relay is controling the fans. I do not have a owners manual.

Hello, The relay in under the front driver side, mounted on the inside frame.....
