Shakes or Wobbles problem
1996 Plymouth Voyager 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Between 30 and 50 miles per hour, the front end bounces up and down and when I let off the gas it subsides. I replaced the axle, tires, not sure what it could be now.

HAVE YOUR FRONT END/SUSPENSION CHECKED AT AN ALIGNMENT SHOP. SHAKE COUD BE BAD TIRE BALANCE, ALIGNMENT, OR ANY FRONT END BUSHING/PART.

I had a wobble on accelleration, worse turning right, that had me foxed for a long time. I replaced wheel bearings, both axles, shocks and springs, tie rods, and still it happened. Finally, on the advice of a mechanic, I replaced the motor mounts and transmission mount. The small one on the front, just below the bumper, was cracked and the others were pretty worn. Now it tracks smoothly. But I have to say if there's a lot of shimmy, the first suspect is always a tire, then tie rods and ball joints.
