1995 Plymouth Voyager Van making noise under battery,looks like a cast casing with a small line coming out ...maybe ABS brake system????...keeps humming when van is turned off also.....anyone that can give me an answer would be great....Thanks

I vaguely recall this; I'll check further tonight. I think it may be your evaporative emissions control canister, and the noise may be from a solenoid.
