1995 Plymouth Voyager replace heater core

Can anyone tell me where to start in replacing the heater core. Do you have to take out the dash? steering wheel?Please help.

Yes, it's very involved. What are the symptoms? If it's lack of heat, there's a simple fix.

It started with no heat ,then one day the heat started in -25 c ,so did the leak, not sure what caused it to free up and leak at the same time, but now it drips from the bottom casing where the core is .It is a must that I have to replace it.
