Brakes problem
1995 Plymouth Voyager 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic
----------------------------------------------------------------
Had a leaking wheel cylinder. Replaced it and now cannot get the drum back on vehicle. Already bled the system and no air in brakes.

I don't know how you can bleed brakes without the drum on. Take a close look at the cylinder and how the ends of the shoes fit in the slots. The pistons and thus the shoes might be overextended outward, which would explain why the drum won't go on.
