Electrical problem
1995 Plymouth Voyager 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Number 16 fuse keeps blowing. Disconnected Fuel pump from circut, fuse still blows. We have checked the fuel pump, it works. Replaced EGR Valve. Checked fuel pressure, no pressure. 1/8 of tank of gas. Bypssed fuse box, and jumped fuel pump, pump works, still no gas to moter. Any suggestions, anything helps.

check the fuel filter also check the wiring to the pump for a short there has to be a short somewere from relay to pump that is causing it relay to blow as for no gas to engine after jumping pump you have a clogged filter or the screen in the tank
