Unable to locate EGR Valve

Where is the EGR Valve on a 2.4L 1998 Plymouth Voyager located? Problem the van will not start and I was told the EGR valve could be the problem, but I can not locate it

I posted a diagram of where the egr valve is also do you have any code's?Have you checked for spark fuel pressure etc?

After lots of time spent, I had another mechanic tell me that the 1998 Plymouth Voyager with a 2.4 L engine does not have an EGR valve? Now I am really lost on why this van will not start.
