1995 Plymouth Voyager Front end shake

When I press on the gas, the front end shakes starting around 30miles per hour. I rotated the tires and check them for wear and broke belt. The tires are good to go. The tire rods axe seem to be in good condition as far as I can tell, the tire area doesn't more and are firm. What could this be?
