1995 Plymouth Voyager a/c comes on but cycles off and does

The a/c is cold and stays cold for a while (5-10 min) then cycles off and stays off 15-20 min. Car gets hot inside. What could be wrong.

Maybe faulty TXV or electrical will need low and high side pressure readings to diagnose
