The radiator fans on my Plymouth voyager do not turn on. I have checked the fuses under the steering wheel. And the fans seem to be plugged in. The van was not running for about 4 months, but it is now.

is it over heating or running hot
if no then fan will work only when needed
if yes you may start by checking the relay and sensor
