1994 Plymouth Voyager fuses

I just replaced the starter and now I keep having the 40 amp fuse blowing after replacing 3 of them in the ignition slot or whatever it's called. I don't why it keeps blowing the same 40 amp fuse that's located in a black box under the hood of my van. Please help.

It did not happen prior to you replacing the starter !
I would recheck the wiring on the starter relay check and suspect starter
