Hi folks, I have replaced rotors calipers and shoes on both front disc brakes. And test drove vehicle for a week of normal driveing with no problems. Then just the r f wheel started to get smokin hot! I had noticed before when replacing caliper on that side that pads looked melted, as well as caliper sleeve. I checked for play in hub bearing as a precaution but all is tight and free spinning. Am I missing something obvious? Could it be a clogged brakeline or something like that? Please Help! Thanks, Mike

Was the problem there prior to the work?

A collapsed brake hose can cause it as you mentioned. Moisture in the brake fluid can cause a boiling condition that will lock it, but rare.
