HI MY TRANSMISSION IS FUNNY , IT WENT 6 MONTHS AGO , AND I HADE IT REPLACED BY ONE FROM JUNK YARD . BUT IT DOES SOMETHING WEIRD , IN THE COLD WEATHER ,WHEN U PUT IT IN REVERSE , IT DOESNOT ENGAGE , AND SOMETIMES IT DOES WHEN U PUT IT ON DRIVE .
NOT SURE IF THE PROBLEM COMES FROM THE CONVERTER OR THE TRANSMISSION ITSELF.
CAN SOME ONE HELP ME WITH THE ANSWER?

Hi:
The easiest thing is to check the fluid level and condition. Low fluid can cause this or a plugged filter. The ATF is heavier when it's cold. NOTE: Check the fluid with the vehicle hot, running, and in park.
