I'm having a problem with the Air Conditioning. When I accelerate it stops working when we are going up a hill, passing a car or just getting on the freeway. Once I back off on the accelerator it starts to blow cool air again?

Could be freezing up due to air and moisture forming into ice and blocking of the orifice tube that needs vacuuming out
