1993 Plymouth Voyager whats up

well the serpentine belt jumps off when you hit gas i believe the motor mount is bad .. could it be the mount on motor,transmission,or could my belt tensioner be going bad?

Welcome to the forum, I'd watch the belt between pulleys, engine running. If a lot of flop in the belt, I suspect tension. With engine turned off, you can shake accessory pulleys, see if anything is loose, everything lines up. Correct belt?
