Whenever I'm driving and I go around a curve or turn toward the right, the steering wheel shakes terribly.

Hi there,

I would be getting the steering & front suspension check for worn components, check wheel bearings as well, if the shake is when the brakes are applied have the front rotors check as well, start here.
