I have a chiltons manual and the diagram does me no good. I can't find it. Where on the transaxle housing is the sensor. Do I need to take the drivers side front wheel off to see/get at it?

You pretty much have to get under the car, behind the crossmember, and look forward at the back of the bellhousing to see it.

That's exactly what I did, and even then it was a pain to get at. It was harder to find because the wires were sheared off right at the sensor. I found the harness it plugs into before I found the sensor. It was a big job for one little bolt, but it's done and running fine again. Thanks for your help
