1991 Plymouth Voyager cluster

Themperature, mileage and fuel gauges are not working. Fuses and sensors are working. Is there a problem with the computer? I appreciate your help helping me fix this.

Did you use a voltage tester at the applicable fuse. Even if the fuse is good, if no voltage, the circuit is dead. The cluster itself may have a problem? Could be an issues with sending unit?

Fuse 15-- 10 amp should be for the gages, goes hot when you turn on the key.
