Brakes problem
1991 Plymouth Voyager Engine Size unknown Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic many! miles

brake fluid leaking inside on floorboard under pedal. I can push brakes to floor and van still wont stop! Is it my master cylinder or maybe the hydro-boost? Accumulator/booster seal or both?

Are you sure about that booster? I think you have a vacuum booster on that, remove the two bolts attaching the master to booster, is fluid present? if yes and you have fluid inside the car, replace BOTH as a complete unit, Bench bleed the master before attahing the steel lines, then bleed at the lines!
