How do you replace inner tie rod end.

Remove the outer tie rod end from the steering knuckle. Unclamp the rack boot, pull it outboard. Get a crescent wrench and turn the inner tie rod end off the rack. Make sure the vent tube is in its hole when replacing the boot.
