I took my 1990 Plymouth Voyager into the shop to see if they could improve the mileage. It was only getting 13 MPG. They replaced the Fuel Pressure Regulator. Now the car won't start unless I pump the gas a few times. I took it back 3 times now and they've replaced the Fuel Pressure Regulator each time. I asked about leaky fuel injectors and they said that they were fine. What do I do now?

Have the Coolant temperature sensor, Throttle positioning, Manifold Absolute Pressure check
If it was a fuel pump problem it doesn't matter how many times you step the pedal it W/N start.
